Objective
The main objective is to have a consolidated system to manage the City Gas Network processes, right from the procurement of materials, construction, and customer management to maintenance. It is required to integrate all aspects like documentation, reports, material records and history, customer base, Gas use management in a single comprehensive system.

Main Modules

• GIS Based Construction Management:
• Superimpose the complete pipeline network on GIS MAP linked upto end consumer.
• Monitor all the construction Activities in real time on GIS Map.
• Different charts, S-curves generated for Planned Verses Actual Progress.
• Various compliance/ performance reports generated to get the construction done with QA approved procedures.
• All the documents generated/ Approved during the construction duly indexed.

          Summary: This module covers complete activities of construction and will finally converts to as-built           construction data for other stages of City Gas distribution maintenance and management.

• Material Management:
• Complete material tracking from Order Planning, Orders Placed, Material Recd., and Material Issued.
• Solution provides the details, where a particular material has been utilized.
• This module will cover the Vendor details for each material.

          Summary: This module provides the summary details of the total material Utilized during the construction           with their history.

• Asset Management:
• Station Operation
• Maintenance Scheduling and Reporting
• Disaster Management

          Summary: This module keeps the routine maintenance records and also critical analysis to take           appropriate action from the routine report history to keep the conditions healthy.

• Client Management:
• Consumer Details with their address and location marked on GIS.
• Customer Addition/deletion/updation
• Customer billing management
• Customer support statistics

          Summary: This module covers consumer’s personal details, billings, complaints, complaints rectification,           and customer material usage history.
