The material tracking system manages the material status from PO release to item used. Each material is listed with a unique item Code. Planning and scheduling as for the Quantity required, Scheduled PO release, scheduled Delivery date range.

The system also has a PO tracking system along with vendor management. Quantity receipt consolidation is supported by approved documentation like material receipts and Inspection reports. Appropriate material test certificates are also uploaded along each delivery.
